NC State University Police Department Receives CALEA Gold Standard Accreditation

On April 2, 2016 the North Carolina State University Police Department was awarded their 5th Advanced Accreditation Award after successfully completing a Gold Standard Assessment by the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA).

The North Carolina State University Police Department was initially accredited in March of 2004 and has previously been recognized as a “Flagship Agency” and received the “Award for Excellence” from CALEA.
