Incident Details: This offense is an indecent exposure incident.

Suspect Description: Black Male, mid to late thirties wearing a black winter hat, a green winter jacket, blue jeans and a brown in color belt. Approximate height: 5'04" to 5'06", having a thin to medium build. He may have a slight accent of some kind.

Incident: On November 2, 2012, at 8:34 pm, a female student observed the individual pictured staring at her through a bookcase and masturbating. No threats or physical contact was made.

Incident Details: On 04/25/2013 at approximately 4:05 AM, a female student reported being sexually assaulted on the north side of the Free Expression Tunnel. The suspect is described as a black male with a short haircut, approximately 5 foot 10 inches, 20 to 25 years old, wearing a black shirt with white writing and dark pants, Please see image below.

At this time, this incident is still an open investigation. The identity of the person pictured in this press release is not known. This person is not considered a suspect and is only wanted for questioning.
